Justin Tyler Tate

Justin Tyler Tate. 24. Born in Canada, Halifax City, having spent the most of his lifetime in Florida (US), now he is back and creating in his native city. He got his Bachelors Degree in Arts from Nova Scotia College. He works with: kinetic and electronic installations, sculpture, multimedia, painting. He prefers sculpture and installations. In recent years his works were admired by Canadian and foreign art fans. He hopes that he will be useful to the project thanks to his abilities and experience. He is even-tempered and popular among the fair sex. Vegetarian.

Monika Malinauskaitė

Monika Malinauskaitė, 20. Utena. A member of the Theatre-Studio PALĖPĖ (Attic) of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Students’ Representation, University experimental image making group. She studies creative industries (VGTU).
She made up her mind to take part in the project when, upon reading the project profile, felt a burning heat in her stomach. I decided this must have been the Sign,- says the always-in-good-mood Monika in her Participant’s Form. The young artist is convinced she would be suitable for the project because: I am a living multiplex, a little idea mill which otherwise than many around starts milling the strangest objects (starting with lilac scent down to little lead blocks) and this is why sometimes manages to turn “the impossible” possible.

Eero

Eero, 43. American, born in Chicago. Having lived all the time on the US West Coast, got his Bachelors Degree in Arts and worked as an art instructor in the US for 7 years, he moved to Estonia in 2008 and became an art instructor at Estonian Academy of Arts. He does painting, drawing, film and digital photography, video installations. He also does ceramics, wood and metal. This Art-o-thlon participant has no preferences in arts, he likes them all. By the way, Eero may be easily referred to as an observer: he filmed and took photos of all the meetings with the creative project team. In his Participant’s Form Eero writes he likes watching how TV develops artist images. Eero is one of a few artists who like competing with colleagues for recognition. Competition results are no communication barrier to him. Eero once described himself as honest, fair and even easy to share information with his competitors. He knows how to get away when faced with uncomfortable life situations and, as written in his Form, finds solutions to any problems. Why did Eero decide to take part in the artists reality show? Because it is full of drama, scandal and beauty. Eero says that though in terms of age-wise he is mid-aged (we do not think so) he feels to be young in terms of career and, for instance, having danced overnight he may easily go to a studio to create productively and instruct students afterwards. He is a vegetarian in good health and asks the creative team of the Championship of Arts to be referred to as Eero. By the way, Eero feels sad in Lithuania as he is missing his two… cats in Estonia.
